Usage: begin with dry, clean skin. Start brushing at your feet and move upwards, always brushing towards the heart. Use gentle upward or circular strokes. Brush each area several times, overlapping strokes slightly.
Be mindful of sensitive areas, avoid brushing over cuts, wounds or areas with skin conditions.
After brushing, take a warm shower or bath to wash away the loosened skin cells and toxins.
Hydrate, apply a natural moisturizer such as our Spritzy Jojoba Body oil, or Organic Coconut oil.
For most people, dry brushing can be done 2-3 times a week. However, it is essential to listen to your body and adjust the frequency as needed.
