Are Spritzy products vegan?

Yes they are - we love animals and none of our products contain any animal derived ingredient.

Are Spritzy products cruelty free?

Yes they are. We never test on animals and only ever test our products on willing humans! We are also proud partners of Sea Shepherd UK who defend and preserve marine habitats.

Is Spritzy a sustainable brand?

Being mindful of the planet is important to us and is at the forefront of our business development. Spritzy’s core ethos is to be part of the necessary shift towards more sustainable, environmentally friendly products. Our skincare range uses organic and 100% natural ingredients to support and nourish the skin. We only use pure and clean ingredients derived directly from plants.

Is Spritzy packaging recyclable?

All our boxes can be reused or recycled. We do not use any plastic in our boxes, we use recyclable shredded paper to pack our boxes.

All our bottles can be reused, refilled or recycled. We have plastic pumps that can be reused and the option to buy with a refill cap.

Are Spritzy products organic?

We endeavour to use organic ingredients that have been soil association certified wherever possible. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we use the highest quality ingredients in all our products.

Do Spritzy products contain palm oil?

None of our products contain palm oil. Palm oil has been and continues to be a major driver of deforestation of some of the world's most biodiverse forests, destroying the habitat of already endangered species like the Orangutan, pygmy elephant and Sumatran rhino.

Do Spritzy products contain parabens or sulphates?

No, all our products are free from parabens, SLS, ALS and SLES.

If I have a reaction after using one of your products, what should I do?

Unfortunately skin reactions can still happen, even when using natural and organic ingredients. Please contact us at info@spritzy.co.uk and we will be able to assist you with any concern you may have. If you feel you require immediate medical attention, please contact your health care practitioner.

How long do Spritzy products last after opening?

All our products last for 12 months.

How should Spritzy products be stored?

Ideally Spritzy products should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Do your products contain nuts?

Our products cannot be guaranteed free from traces of nuts or other allergens. Seek medical advice before use if suffering from any medical conditions or allergies.

Always conduct a patch test before using any new product.
